- Is there a monthly fee to offer labs?
- No. There’s no monthly platform fee and no setup fee to offer lab testing through Priority One. Patients pay for the tests they order, and that’s it.
- Who pays for the tests?
- Your patients pay Priority One directly at our posted prices, and HSA/FSA cards are accepted. Your clinic isn’t billed per test. We also never pay referral fees, so you’re never in the money flow.
- Does this work with the system we already use?
- Yes, because there’s nothing to integrate. Your lab page is a link. Use it next to whatever EHR, booking or billing software you already run.
- Who orders the labs?
- Each order is physician-ordered by an independent licensed physician. Your patients don’t need a separate doctor’s visit to get tested.
- How do we see our patients’ results?
- Results belong to the patient and arrive in their Priority One account in about a week. They can download their Quest report and share it with your team.
- How fast can we start?
- Tell us about your practice below. A real person replies within one business day, and most practices can share their page within a few days.
- Where can patients get tested?
- At Quest Diagnostics locations in 47 states. Lab testing isn’t available in New York, New Jersey or Rhode Island.
