Common questions
- Do I need a license to use the lab testing?
- No. You suggest the tests; your client places the order in their own name and an independent licensed physician orders the labs. You never need ordering authority.
- Who pays for the labs?
- Your client pays Priority One directly at published prices, and HSA/FSA cards are accepted. You're never in the money flow. We don't pay coaches per order and we don't charge you per order.
- Do I see my clients' results automatically?
- You see them when your client turns on sharing, which is one switch in their account. Results belong to the client, and they can stop sharing anytime.
- What happens after the free month?
- After 30 days you'll be asked to add a card to keep using the platform. The coach plan is $50/month, flat. No per-client fees, no percentage of what you earn, cancel anytime.
- Where can my clients get tested?
- At Quest Diagnostics locations in 47 states. Lab testing isn't available in New York, New Jersey or Rhode Island. You can coach from anywhere.
