FAQ

Everything we get asked.

Short answers to the questions that come up most. If yours isn’t here, email support@priorityone.health.

What Priority One is

What is Priority One?

A mobile-first health dashboard. We unify your wearable data, lab results, and the supplements and medications you take into one daily snapshot, with trends over time. It's free, and runs as a PWA so you can install it to your home screen and open it like any other app.

Are you a clinic, a doctor, or a telehealth company?

No. We don't employ medical providers and we don't deliver care. Priority One is a personal data product. If you need medical advice, talk to a licensed clinician.

Who is this for?

Anyone who wants to understand their health and keep an eye on what matters — your wearable data, your labs, and your stack, all in one calm place. It's built around awareness and prevention, not managing a condition.

Wearables

Which wearables do you support?

Apple Health, WHOOP, Oura, Garmin, Fitbit, Eight Sleep, Withings, Polar, Google Fit, Strava, and Peloton. Connections are handled by Junction's OAuth layer — we never see your device passwords.

Can I connect more than one device?

Yes. You can connect every supported wearable you use. Your snapshot pulls from whichever source has the most reliable data for each metric.

Where does the data live?

Inside your Priority One account, in our Supabase database, encrypted in transit and at rest. Row-level security ensures only you can read your own data.

Labs

Can I add lab results now?

Yes. You can add results from any lab today — enter each marker, value, and date, and Priority One charts and trends it over time alongside your wearable data.

When can I order labs in the app?

Lab ordering opens August 1, 2026. You can browse the lab store and build your cart today — the dashboard is free, and creating your account now gets you 20% off your first lab order when ordering opens.

What's the lab service fee?

Every lab order includes one flat $10 lab service fee. It covers the blood draw at your local Quest Diagnostics location and the independent licensed clinician who reviews and authorizes your lab order. It's charged once per order — whether your cart has one test or ten, you pay it once, and everything is collected in a single draw.

Will you tell me what my results mean medically?

We show your numbers, the reference ranges from the lab, and your own historical trend. We don't render diagnoses or recommend treatment. Bring questions about specific results to your licensed healthcare provider.

Privacy and security

Is Priority One HIPAA-covered?

We are not a HIPAA-covered entity — we don't operate as a healthcare provider, health plan, or clearinghouse. Where HIPAA protections apply to your lab order itself, Junction is the regulated party. We apply equivalent security practices regardless. See our Data Security page for the full picture.

Will you sell my data?

No. We don't sell or rent your data to third parties. See the Privacy Policy for what we do collect and why.

Product

Is there a pricing page?

Not yet. We're in V1 and pricing isn't published. When it is, it will live on this site.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can request a full export at any time by emailing support@priorityone.health. We'll respond within a reasonable window.

How do I delete my account?

From the Profile page in-app, or by emailing us at the address above. Deletion removes your account and personal data from our systems.
